Resistance, Agility & Speed Training.
Coached by a qualified trainer, the program is based on compound and functional exercises focusing on the application of resistance, agility, and speed training. The program follows a ground based curriculum using body weight and free weight as resistance improving foot work, acceleration, balance, and proper form. Not only will they improve their athletic capabilities on the field but it will teach kids the importance of proper warm up, stretching, and exercise.
